1. About ISO-in-a-Box™

ISO-in-a-Box™ is a documentation-based Integrated Management System aligned to ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

ISO-in-a-Box™ is provided by ISO in a Box Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are not a certification body and do not provide certification, auditing, or accreditation services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using ISO-in-a-Box™, you agree to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Licence Summary.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the materials.

3. Nature of the Product

ISO-in-a-Box™ provides:

Documentation, templates, and frameworks only

No consulting, auditing, or advisory services unless expressly agreed in writing

All materials are provided for internal business use under licence.

4. Licence

Your use of ISO-in-a-Box™ is governed by the Licence Summary, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence

The licence applies to one legal entity

All intellectual property remains with ISO in a Box Pty Ltd

5. Permitted Use

You may:

Use, edit, and adapt the materials internally

Implement the system within your organisation

Present the materials to certification bodies or auditors as part of your own system

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the materials

Use the materials for client delivery or consulting services

Upload the materials to public or shared platforms

Represent the materials as your own intellectual property

7. Certification & Outcomes

ISO-in-a-Box™:

Does not guarantee ISO certification

Does not guarantee audit outcomes

Does not act on behalf of certification bodies

Certification outcomes depend on implementation, ongoing use, and auditor assessment.

8. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Materials are provided “as is”

We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose

We do not warrant that certification will be achieved

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISO in a Box Pty Ltd is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss

Loss of business, contracts, or certification outcomes

Decisions made by certification bodies or auditors

10. Termination

We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms or the Licence Summary.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
